Why does LULAC support illegal activity?

Why does LULAC support illegal activity?

They call themselves the League of Latin American Citizens, but they are citizens of the U.S.A. and their loyalty to this country should be questioned. The border is an issue that plagues this country due to the lack of information, the distortion of information and the outright lies be tossed about by those on either side. For the purposes of this blog I will focus on one organization and that is LULAC.

Why have Mexican citizens come to the U.S.? According to LULAC, it’s because we have destroyed the economy of Latin America. The U.S. has forced this migration of laborers to our shores.

“The combination of global economic processes where fewer and fewer large corporations own more of the world's productive resources has created a concentration of power in the hands of a few. Dramatic surges in violence in areas of Latin America, combined with the disparities between the haves and have-nots, and U.S. economic prosperity and labor shortages have contributed to a new wave of immigration into the United States.”

There was a time in the history of the 13 colonies when they were oppressed and treated unfairly. They changed things. There was a time when Mexico was under a dictatorship, they changed things.

It is offensive to me to think that Mexico has no blame for it’s own economic situation, that they have no responsibility for the welfare of it’s own citizens and insulting to blame the U.S. and “big business” for all the ills of the world.

What about Their charter? This is Their mission statement. The Mission of the League of United Latin American Citizens is to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States. Yet they continue to champion those they call immigrants, who as defined by federal law are illegal immigrants. They are not citizens of this country however they do populate the U.S. Therein lies the hypocrisy of LULAC.

Speaking on the rights of illegal immigrants, LULAC has this to say. “The United States is a country where the rule of law and the Constitution guarantee their humane treatment, irrespective of their legal status." They expect that these people should have access to health care, the right to purchase housing, education, the right to vote “irrespective of their legal status. It is my understanding that U.S. citizens who have been found guilty of crimes punishable by incarceration DO NOT have all the rights being championed by LULAC for citizens of other countries. Why should people from another country be able to vote in the U.S. if they do not have citizenship? And why would LULAC do this? Let’s look at the mission statement again.

“The Mission of the League of United Latin American Citizens is to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States.” It is clear that only the U.S. should obey the laws of the land and not it’s people unless they are not Hispanic. If you are Hispanic and from another country, LULAC welcomes you to the U.S. and will fight for your rights far and above those of the citizens of this country. This could be viewed as a racist stance but it is not, as U.S. citizens regardless of race are expected to bend to the will of LULAC. I believe this to be an anti U.S. stance, an anti American stance.

LULAC supports the rights of non citizens to come in to this country, not in accordance to federal law but in defiance of it. To this end they support illegal activity. To this end they are aiding and abiding criminals, witch is a criminal activity. To this end this organization is engaging in criminal activity. This says to me that LULAC is a criminal organization.

What is a racketeer? Dictionary.com describes a racketeer as

“A person who commits crimes such as extortion, loan sharking, bribery, and obstruction of justice in furtherance of illegal business activities.”

They want to stop the government from prosecuting people for crossing the border illegally. They want to punish cities and business who support the enforcement of the law as in the case where they planned a boycott of Farmers Branch Texas. Does this not illustrate they type of blatant disregard for the law and freedom to do business that they claim drove people across our borders? This makes no sense unless they are looking for power in the political system. I for one do not want that type of corruption in office in any capacity.

The United States is not Latin America. We are a sovereign nation built on Christian principles. The laws that are in place do not infringe on the rights of any citizen who is within the limits of the law. If you are outside the law then the law is for you. If you do not want to be prosecuted under the law then you must abide by the law, how much simpler can that be? Illegal aliens (not immigrants) have the right to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 20% of our federal prisons attest to this fact as they are illegals’ irrespective of race and ethnicity. By the way, they are in prison not for coming in illegally but for continuing the trend of illegal activity. That type of behavior my be acceptable in Latin America but not here.

I am a Hispanic only because racist separatist wanted that distinction made. My race is Mexican. In 1967 there was no difference between Mexican Americans and white Americans, for in the year that I was borne, the hospital marked me as Caucasian. It is only is today’s backwards world must I categorize myself as Latin American, Hispanic or Other. I am 100% American made.

These are my views in my Latin America, where poverty is something to be conquered, not embraced, where people do for the government, and not the other way around. Where real immigrants come to be a part of the landscape and heritage, following the law, not to divide and conquer and corrupt. A place where LULAC, “the League of Latin American Citizens” can spew their racist views, because we all know it would not be tolerated in the real Latin America.

I ask LULAC this question; How would your lies and criminal activities be received in a Latin American country? Would it be with a bullet, by those in power or with a healthy debate?
